Ambrose Orchards is a storybook world where second chances bloom. By adopting a Weathered Patch Kid™, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines help us keep every adoption safe, fair, and thoughtfully cared for.

 

1. Adoption & Payments

Each Weathered Patch Kid™ is a one-of-a-kind, restored vintage doll, lovingly renewed and prepared for adoption.

All adoptions are processed securely through our checkout system.

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time prior to the completion of adoption.

Once an adoption is completed, the selected Kid is considered reserved and adopted.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Each Weathered Patch Kid™ is carefully packaged and sent from the Orchard with care.

Standard shipping timelines are [insert your timeline, e.g., 3–7 business days], unless otherwise noted.

A tracking number will be provided once your Kid leaves the Orchard.

Ambrose Orchards is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our control once the package has shipped.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each adoption, all adoptions are final.

Once a Kid leaves the Patch, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your Weathered Patch Kid™ arrives with damage that was not noted prior to adoption, please contact the Gardeners within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to make things right.

4. Safety, Use & Liability

Weathered Patch Kids™ are restored vintage dolls and are intended for collectors and gentle, supervised play.

Some dolls or accessories may include small parts such as buttons, snaps, or decorative elements that may pose a choking hazard.

By adopting, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for safe handling and appropriate use.

Ambrose Orchards, Weathered Patch Kids™, The Weathered Patch™, and all affiliated names are not liable for injury, misuse, or damage resulting from dolls, accessories, or related items.

5. Intellectual Property

Ambrose Orchards™, Weathered Patch Kids™, The Weathered Patch™, and all related names, designs, illustrations, stories, and concepts are the intellectual property of Dawn Ambrose.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal law.

7. Agreement

By completing an adoption, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Liability & Safety Disclaimer.

Completion of an adoption signifies acceptance of all policies outlined above.
